More than 450 taxis (all with a credit card payment system) and about 150 small vans are at your service in the Brussels-Capital Region, in the suburbs of Brussels city, throughout Belgium and in other (neighbouring) countries.
FAST HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
Taxis
At Taxis Verts, we have our own radio communication infrastructure and rely on the GPRS network for data transmission. Thanks to our new VoIP call processor, as soon as we receive a call from a customer, our operators can see the customer's particulars on their screen (name, address, etc.).
In a few seconds, the taxi nearest the customer's address is located by our computer, and the order is instantly transmitted through GPRS to the driver terminal. Each oder remains stored in our central computer with the information that is required to identify at any time the car and the driver who carries out the service, so that any queries can be efficiently handled at a later date (e.g. lost property).
Parcels
Our express courier service handles urgent letters or parcels in the shortest possible time and with maximum efficiency. We pick up letters or parcels within 20 minutes (in normal traffic conditions) and deliver them within one hour in the Brussels region.
PERSONALISED services tailored to each specific need
Our drivers are carefully selected and suitably trained to provide our customers with tailored personal care according to their particular requirements. Each taxi is fitted with a highly efficient GPS/GPRS terminal with direct navigation to the customer's call location.
We also offer a wide range of quality services :
Personal pickup : airport, train station, special events (weddings, meetings, seminars, etc.)
Business service : VIP taxis, experienced drivers
Limousine service : exclusive car hire (unmarked) with driver
Minibus service : (max. 8 passengers) and coaches (max. 54 passengers)
PRM-service : 70 vehicles specially adapted for electric wheelchairs; same rate as for a normal taxi.
